Matt Hart — The 2007 Beamer graduate is currently playing his freshman season on the Washington State baseball team. The infielder has played in two games and is 1-for-2 at the plate with two runs scored and one walk.

Jason Summers — The 2006 TJ grad originally signed a letter of intent to play at the University of Washington, but ended up at South Mountain Community College in Arizona. He was a first-team, all-state catcher during his senior year at TJ.

Summers is currently hitting .330 in 52 games with 25 runs, 10 doubles, one triple, one home run and 24 RBIs.

South Mountain is currently 35-17 overall.

Jarett Jackson — The 2006 TJ grad originally signed with Washington State, but ended up at South Mountain Community College last year as a freshman, where he hit .273 with one homer and 22 RBIs. The third baseman was a late draft pick by the Cleveland Indians in 2006.

Jackson is now playing his sophomore season for the University of Washington. This year, Jackson is hitting .196 in 15 starts for the 25-16 Huskies. He has three doubles, scored four runs and five RBIs.

Brock Gates and Dustin Horsfall — The 2007 Decatur graduate and the 2007 Federal Way grad are both red-shirting at the University of Washington.

Aaron Bronson — The TJ grad is playing his senior year at Centenary College in Louisiana. The 6-4, 235-pound pitcher spent his first two seasons at Green River. Bronson is currently 2-1 with a 4.63 ERA in 15 appearances. Bronson has two saves in 23.1 innings of work. Centenary is currently 24-18 on the season.

Jeremy Miller — The 2006 Beamer graduate is playing his freshman season on the Central baseball team. The outfielder is hitting .174 in seven starts. He has scored one run.

Brad Reid — The Decatur grad has returned to Bellevue Community College for his sophomore season and is the top pitcher in the NWAACC.

This season, Reid has an amazing ERA of 0.54 in 50 innings of work with a perfect 6-0 record. He has given up just three earned runs and 29 hits. Bellevue is currently 23-13 overall.

Reid pitched last summer for the Corvallis (Ore.) Knights in the West Coast Collegiate Baseball League and was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 2006.

BA Garner — The Decatur grad is pitching for Hawaii Pacific after playing the last two years at Tacoma Community College. Garner currently is 3-3 with a 3.38 ERA in a team-leading 21 appearances and leads the team with 10 saves. Hawaii Pacific is currently 30-16-1 overall.

Brad Carter and Brady Kincannon — The 2007 Decatur High School grads are both playing at Western Oregon. Carter is a right-handed pitcher and Kincannon is a third baseman.

Carter currently has a 4.26 ERA in five appearances and 6.1 innings pitched and Kincannon hasn’t played during the season. Western Oregon is currently 30-14 overall.

Todd Muecklisch — The 2006 TJ grad is playing shortstop at Tacoma Community College in his sophomore season. Muecklisch is currently hitting .282 with 20 runs scored, four doubles, three home runs and 17 RBIs. Tacoma is currently 16-13 overall.

Donny McConnaughey — The 2007 Federal Way High School graduate is playing his freshman season at Tacoma Community College. McConnaughey is a left-handed pitcher and has a 3.18 ERA in 5 2/3 innings pitched.

Erik Church, Andy Racus and Marcus Hudson — Church, a 2006 TJ grad, Racus, a 2007 Federal Way grad, and Hudson, a 2006 Decatur grad, are all playing at Shoreline Community College. Racus is currently hitting .307 and Church is hitting .292 with 12 RBIs. Shoreline is 4-20 overall.

Logan Capp — The Todd Beamer grad is playing at Gray’s Harbor College and is currently hitting .268.

Travis Warnock — The Jefferson grad is currently pitching at Pierce College in Tacoma.
