The St. Francis Health Fair runs 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 22 at the Federal Way Community Center, 876 S. 333rd St.

The event includes a panel discussion on weight loss with an exercise professional and registered dietician. Also on tap are breakout sessions on nutrition and organic gardening, along with free screenings for blood pressure, osteoporosis and posture.
