A Federal Way woman was charged on Tuesday with sexually exploiting minors after she allegedly shared images of her children online with men.

Judith Christine Everett, 39, is accused of producing sexually explicit photos of her 13-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son in an effort to “troll for men online,” according to court documents.

Federal Way police received a Child Protective Services referral on July 31 that a man in Illinois had received photos from Everett while sexting with the mother.

FBI investigators interviewed the children who revealed that Everett took pictures of them. She turned herself in voluntarily.

Everett stated she contacted several men through Facebook and sexted with them. Some of the men asked if she had children and wanted photos of them.

She also chatted with men online about sexually abusing her son and encouraged the men to do the same. Photos of both children were sent to multiple men “in an effort to keep these potential suitor(s) interested,” according to court documents.

At the time of her arrest, Everett was still in possession of the photographs on her phone. She was jailed on $50,000 bail.

Police are currently investigating the men that Everett sent photos to.
