Federal Way’s McDaniels commits to San Diego State

Federal Way High School basketball star Jalen McDaniels took to Twitter to announce his decision to commit to San Diego State University

Federal Way High School basketball star Jalen McDaniels took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce his decision to commit to San Diego State University. The senior also had scholarship offers from Boise State, Montana State, Nebraska and Washington.

McDaniels, a 6-foot-8 center/power forward for the Eagles, was a key part of their state championship run last season. He is rated as both a three-star and four-star prospect by various recruiting sites.
