Alejandro is deserving of AOW because of his leadership on the field. He is leading his team through a tough season, but always shows up and leads by example. He is respectful, coachable and always wants to learn. Outside of soccer, Alejandro works, but does not let that get in way of his responsibilities on the field. Alejandro is the leading scorer for the Raiders this season.
