Tacoma police investigating shooting death of Federal Way teen

Tacoma police are investigating the shooting of a Federal Way teen who was killed on Tuesday.

The teen, who the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office identified as 17-year-old Antonio Douglas, was shot in the 3600 block of Marine View Drive in Tacoma. He was transported to St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way at approximately 11:40 p.m. and was pronounced dead shortly after, according to Tacoma police.

The scene was being processed and detectives were interviewing witnesses on Thursday.
