Sports Brief: Federal Way threesome medal at roller skating national championships

Three Federal Way boys from Pattison’s West Team Extreme all finished in top-three positions during the meet.

Six-year-old Eian Workman finished up with a gold medal in the Tiny Tot division. Workman finished first in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 300 meters during the national championships and outdistanced Drew Shipman from North Carolina for the overall title.

Workman’s brother, Adrion, finished up in third place in the overall standings in the juvenile category in Fort Wayne. Nine-year-old Adrion Workman won the 500-meter event during the national championships.

Eight-year-old Isaiah Wakefield also finished in third place in the Primary Boys category.
