Describe your pregame ritual and favorite post game meal?

Pre: Putting on my cap and goggles, warming up and thinking of all the possible outcomes of my race so I can be prepared. After that I jump around, slap my arms and legs.

From the sidelines: Dean dropped 12 seconds in his 500 freestyle time at the West Central District (WCD) Championship Meet to qualify for the WIAA 4A Boys Swim State Meet. He also established WCD qualifying times in 100 Butterfly, Breaststroke, Backstroke, 200 Individual Medley, and 200 Free. Dean has earned a 3.75 cumulative grade point average.
