Federal Way Mirror female Athlete of the Week: Trinity Zapareski

Decatur Golden Gators cheer member Trinity Zapareski was nominated and selected as the Federal Way Mirror Athlete of the Week for Sept. 8.

Q: What is your favorite subject/class in school?

A: Leadership

Q: What other activities/hobbies do you participate in?

A: BSU, DECA, Ignite

Q: Person who has helped you succeed the most?

A: Grandma. She was diagnosed with cancer but was able to survive longer than she was given. She traveled across America with her best friend and didn’t let cancer stop her from enjoying the rest of her life.

Q: Do you have a pre- or postgame ritual or tradition, and what is it?

A: Listen to some music and eat a light snack, preferably granola. Then I just stay calm and don’t think too hard about the routine, or else I’ll start to over-think my motions.
