From the Sidelines: FWHS sophomore Meeghan Meagher is the epitome of a “student-athlete.” Academics take a back-seat to nothing, as she stays on top of her school work FIRST. With that being said, being a multi-sport athlete makes it all even more impressive. Although just a sophomore, she is a starter and a team captain for the softball team. Normally being a captain is reserved for seniors, but Meeghan stepped forward and earned the title and the respect of her teammates, leading by example on and off the field.
