A: Drink chocolate milk before and after matches.

From the sideline: Sophomore London Houston is a fierce competitor who prepares for each moment as if it is a championship opportunity. She never allows the moment to get too big or too low. London is very consistent about how she approaches each and every match, which sets her apart from the competition.
