From the sidelines: Anisah deserves to be athlete of the week because she had demonstrated resilience, integrity and strong leadership qualities throughout our team’s journey to state. Whenever the team is faced with adversity or challenges, Anisah always responds by leading our team with words of motivation and encouragement. In moments of uncertainty and frustration, Anisah manages to bring smiles and laughter to our team. Anisah is our only senior this year. Anisah has been selfless, putting her teammates before herself.
