Women argue over gas pump | Federal Way crime blotter

• Gas pump dispute: At 2:50 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 27200 block of Pacific Highway South, officers responded to a scene at which two females argued over a gas pump stall. The suspect pulled out a knife and threatened to cut the victim.

• Stolen wire: At 9:28 a.m. Jan. 29 in the 1700 block of South 56th Street, approximately $2,100 worth of aluminum and copper wire were stolen.

• Swiped pistol: At 3:52 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 1900 block of Southwest 311th Street, a person reported an unsecured pistol was stolen from inside a residence. There were no signs of forced entry.

• Attempted stabbing: At 8:40 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 200 block of 305th Street, a suspect attempted to stab a victim with a kitchen knife.

• Egged: At 4:21 a.m. Jan. 31 in the 500 block of Southwest 334th Court, a complainant heard a banging noise and then discovered his or her house had been egged.

• Unknown visitor: At 5:51 a.m. Jan. 31 in the 2100 block of Southwest 352nd Street, a person returned home and found an unknown individual sleeping on the couch. The complainant’s girlfriend was at the home in another room and did not realize she was not alone. The suspect was intoxicated and could not recall how he entered the apartment.

• Vehicle mayhem: At 6:17 a.m. Jan. 31 in the 2900 block of Southwest 337th Street, all four tires of a victim’s vehicle were slashed. The hood, trunk and both sides of the vehicle were keyed and a derogatory word was scratched into the paint.

• Suspicious person: At 12:51 p.m. Jan. 31 in the 200 block of South 316th Place, a complainant reported a suspicious person walking around the neighborhood with an assault rifle and scope. Officers responded and found the suspect in possession of two pellet guns, the rifle and a handgun.

• Caught in the act: At 5:06 p.m. Jan. 31 at 2201 S. Commons, a vehicle was stolen from the mall. The vehicle was later seen in operation and occupied by two suspects. When police attempted to pull the vehicle over, its occupants fled. They were arrested.

• High-priced jewelry theft: At 4:11 p.m. Jan. 31 at 1827 S. Commons, a suspect asked to see a diamond ring priced at $12,500. The suspect then fled with the ring.
