Trespasser cited at school: At 2:02 p.m. on Oct. 17 at 30611 16th Ave. S., A trespasser at Federal Way High School was asked to leave by an administrator. School security also issued a notice of trespass to the man on all Federal Way Public Schools’ properties. The man told police he understood the notice of trespass. The case is closed.

Mentally ill resident at senior home has incident: At 7:59 p.m. on Oct. 17 at 1045 S. 308th St., a woman became upset after she learned her husband refused to come over. She tried to run herself through a glass window with her electronic wheelchair. Nurses unplugged the wheelchair and the victim attempted to throw herself off the chair. The victim also refused to take her medication and stated she wants to die. The woman is confined to a wheelchair and has been diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s disease and depression. She was transported to St. Francis Hospital for mental evaluation at the request of Life Care Center staff.

Anti-harassment order issued to unwanted photographer: At 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 17 in the 28000 block of Military Rd. S., officers took a report of a violation of an anti-harassment order. The victim stated the suspect had been photographing the victim and her friends, while an anti-harassment order had already been served and was valid between the parties at the time of the report. The order prohibited the suspect from surveilling or contacting the victim.

Man cut with knife during domestic dispute: At 2:43 a.m. Oct. 18 in the 35000 block of 25th Ave. SW, police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. The victim and suspect have been in a sexual relationship for about one year. The victim stated the suspect held her down and jammed his fingers in her eyes. The victim then armed herself with two kitchen knives and threatened the suspect to leave. The suspect attempted to control the victim’s arms and a knife contacted his head.

Victim pepper sprayed for not footing bill: At 9 p.m. Oct. 18 in the 34000 block of Enchanted Parkway S., an employee at the Halloween store called 911 saying he was pepper sprayed. The victim said he got into an argument with a female friend after he refused to pay for her dinner. The female unexpectedly sprayed him with pepper spray and left on foot. He denied a domestic relationship with her. The victim refused to provide his name, the female’s name or any more details of the incident. He refused to cooperate with the investigation.

Domestic violence at a household: At 2:45 a.m. on Oct. 19 in the 3000 block of S. 228th St., police investigated a dispute involving a male being cut on the head with a knife. Upon arrival, officers contacted a male with blood on his head.

The man stated the incident took place in his residence. A sweep for any additional substances or victims yielded two individuals inside who were detained. The male then stated there was no knife involved in the incident, but he had been stuck with a fist in the head by a friend who had been visiting.

Man steals, pawns girlfriend’s ring: At 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 19 in the 28000 block of Pacific Highway S., a victim heard the sound of breaking glass. He discovered an unknown suspect had damaged the outer pane of an upper window on the back side of his apartment. It appeared the window was damaged by a BB gun, causing $500 in damage.

No suspects or witnesses were identified. A 10-carat yellow gold ring was stolen from a woman’s jewelry box, located in the apartment bedroom. She received information later that her boyfriend had taken the ring and pawned it. Police are attempting to contact Don’s Estate Jewelry and Coin, where it was supposedly pawned.

Vehicle prowl and attempted fraud: At 1:26 p.m. on Oct. 19 in the 200 block of SW Dash Point Road, a victim told police someone entered her vehicle and stole her purse, which contained her driver’s license and debit card. The victim stated she learned about the theft from a 7-11 store clerk. He told her a white male, about 22-years-old, attempted to use her identification and debit card at the store.

Merchandise stolen from Sears: At 1:25 p.m. on Oct. 19 at 1801 S. Commons, a suspect was accused of stealing items from Sears. When police ran her name through dispatch, they found she had a $7,500 warrant out of the Auburn Police Department. The warrant was confirmed and the suspect was booked into SCORE jail without incident.

Suspect turns himself in: At 6:44 p.m. on Oct. 19 at 33325 Eighth Ave. S., a male arrived at the Federal Way police station to turn himself in on a no-bail misdemeanor warrant for a DUI out of Federal Way. The warrant was confirmed by police records and faxed to SCORE jail. The male was booked into SCORE on the warrant.

Domestic violence involving child: At 8:47 p.m. on Oct. 19 in the 30900 block of 17th Ave. SW, police were called to a domestic dispute that a neighbor reported. Probable cause was developed to arrest the suspect for assault and exposing children to domestic violence.

Juvenile arrest: At 9 p.m. Oct. 19 in the 29000 block of 23rd Ave. S., a 14-year-old male was arrested for a physical domestic dispute between him and several other individuals. Officers arrived and made contact with the juvenile, who was detained without incident. After investigation, it was determined that the juvenile had assaulted his mother and adopted sister during a dispute over a cell phone. The male was arrested for assault in the fourth degree and, based on the juvenile’s history of similar incidents, he was booked into the King County Jail.

Victim threatened by suspect: At 1:14 p.m. Oct. 19 in the 31000 block of Pacific Highway S., two victims reported that a suspect threatened them over a recent sexual assault case where the suspect was arrested. One victim stated that the suspect threatened her on several occasions about the incident and she believes he will try to harm her.
