Wild Waves and Enchanted Village start summer hours May 14

Washington state's only amusement and water park, Federal Way's own 70-acre Wild Waves and Enchanted Village, is opening back up this month.

Washington state’s only amusement and water park, Federal Way’s own 70-acre Wild Waves and Enchanted Village, is opening back up this month.

Enchanted Village, the rides-and-roller-coasters part of the park, will be open for business Saturday, May 14. Wild Waves, the water park, opens May 28 (Memorial Day weekend).

Summer hours vary, with operating hours in May coming only on weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Daily admittance starts Friday, June 3, and daily hours can be found here at www.wildwaves.com.

Two new rides will be added this summer to the park’s existing 25 rides and 18 water attractions: a drop tower, which should arrive by the end of June, and an Enterprise, which will installed later this summer.

Wild Waves and Enchanted Village is located at 36201 Enchanted Pkwy. S. Single ticket prices, shown here, range from $9.99 to $19.99 depending on date and age, and season passes are available.
