The Tenants Union will host an informational session for renters from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 6 at the Federal Way 320th Library, 848 S. 320th St., meeting room number one.

The state’s landlord-tenant law and tips for improving one’s living situation will be provided. Topics will include how to ensure repairs are done at a rental unit, how to make sure a deposit is returned, how to break a lease and what to do about mold, noisy neighbors and harassment, among other things.
