Moore submits resignation, Board to discuss filling vacant seat Tuesday

Federal Way Public Schools board member Tony Moore submitted his resignation to FWPS today, leaving a hole to fill for the district.

Federal Way Public Schools (FWPS) announced that they received the resignation of board member Tony Moore, who was found guilty of seven counts of felony theft in an Oregon court last week. According to the district, the Board will discuss how to go about filling the vacancy left by Moore during their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 22. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. and is held at Federal Way City Hall.
