South King Fire and Rescue crews responded to reports of a man in his 30s suffering from a gunshot wound just before 6 p.m. at the 76 gas station on 1st Way South on Nov. 10.

“At about 5:50 p.m., the driver and sole occupant of a vehicle drove up to the 76 gas station … and reported that he had been shot,” according to Federal Way police Cmdr. Kurt Schwan.

The man was not shot at the gas station, Schwan confirmed. The male victim was conscious at the scene but did not provide the details of the shooting.
