A 27-year-old man was sent to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in serious condition at 11:10 p.m. Dec. 5 after suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man was found in the parking lot of the Parkway Apartments, 33429 26th Avenue Southwest, near his vehicle, Cathy Schrock, police support services and records manager said.

Police believe the incident resulted from an attempted robbery, she said. No suspects or leads in the case have been identified. The man remains in serious condition.
