Federal Way anti-trafficking group to host CESC, police officer at meeting

The Federal Way Coalition Against Trafficking will welcome guest speakers Kelly Mangiaracina and John Stieben to its upcoming meeting.

The Federal Way Coalition Against Trafficking will welcome guest speakers Kelly Mangiaracina and John Stieben to its upcoming meeting.

The meeting will be held March 22 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the EX3 Ron Sandwith Teen Center (31453 28th Ave. S.).

Mangiaracina is the task force coordinator for the King County Commercially Sexually Exploited Children Task Force. Stieben has 22 years of experience as a commissioned police officer and currently serves as a lieutenant in the Special Investigations Unit for the Federal Way Police Department.

The Federal Way Coalition Against Trafficking is a group of committed individuals that educates and engages the community so each person can play a role in ending human trafficking. For more information, visit fwcat.org.
