It is with great pleasure that I endorse Martin Moore for position six of the Federal Way City Council.

Martin was adopted from Bulgaria at the age of 8. He acknowledges and appreciates the influence of his parents, Alan and Sylvia Moore. He is proud that he was able to attend elementary, junior and senior high schools in Federal Way. After college, he returned to Federal Way and joined AmeriCorps and the Federal Way Parks Commission.

Martin is interested in bringing new businesses to Federal Way so that more of our young people can return and raise their families here. He also believes we must nourish and keep existing businesses.

We are all too well aware of the empty business spaces here. Many of the local businesses have encouraged Martin to run for city council, feeling that a new person with a different perspective would be refreshing.

I urge you to investigate this candidate. I know you will feel as I do. Martin Moore is the best choice for Federal Way.
