We just got back from Maui last night and this morning decided to read some of the past four weeks of the Federal Way Mirror.

I was told about the so-called irresponsible/illegal acts by Mayor Skip Priest. Irresponsible? Illegal? Really? Or is this the “long arm of dirty politics” by Jim Ferrell?

It appears, from what I am hearing and not on the news channels and reading in the Federal Way Mirror, that Jim Ferrell will stoop to any degree of “dirty politics” to oust Mayor Priest. Some of these comments were made by people who have supported Mr. Ferrell in the past, when he was a Republican, and they do not even live in Federal Way, but he is now a Democrat.

Are those living in the Pacific Northwest so tainted by one party over the other that all is fair game when it comes to politics? I had thought better of Jim Ferrell, but I guess I am wrong. Looks like Federal Way, WA, is becoming a mini-Washington, D.C.
