Thomas Jefferson cheer team helps food bank

Thomas Jefferson High School cheerleaders helped spread the giving spirit during a recent event at the Puyallup U.S. Bank location for Northwest Harvest.

The cheerleaders joined the Seahawk’s Blue Thunder and helped present a check to Northwest Harvest from U.S. Bank.

Northwest Harvest is a nonprofit food bank distributor operating statewide in Washington with a network of more than 370 food banks, meal programs and high-need schools.

Through this network, Northwest Harvest provides more than 2 million meals every month.
