Form of government: City council will hold public hearing Sept. 15

The Federal Way City Council will hold a public hearing 7 p.m. Sept. 15 at City Hall, 33325 8th Ave. S., regarding the proposal to change Federal Way’s form of government from a council-manager form to a mayor-council form.
