South King Fire board to vote on $39 million bond measure

South King Fire and Rescue’s board of commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28 and are expected to vote on whether to place a $39 million bond measure on the general election ballot in November.

According to fire officials, the potential bond measure will be part of a phased approach and the fire district may ask voters to approve an additional bond in the future.

The meeting will be held at Station 68, 1405 SW 312th St., Federal Way.
