The Jefferson and Federal Way soccer teams played to a 1-1 tie Friday night at Federal Way Memorial Stadium. The two teams exchanged first-half goals before their defenses took over. The tie moved TJ to 4-3-1 and Federal Way to 3-3-2 in the South Puget Sound League North.

The Raiders’ Sam Clement opened the scoring with a goal in the sixth minute to take a 1-0 lead. Federal Way’s Colby Lane tied the game in the 24th minute.
