Waste Management thanks customers with V-Day trucks

Local Waste Management employees worked their routes the Wednesday before Valentine’s Day in festive fashion, decorating their trucks with heart adornments and handing out chocolates to anyone who crossed their 6 a.m. paths.

“Our drivers serve thousands of residents in Federal Way every day, and we wanted to take this Valentine’s Day as a chance to say ‘thank you’ to all of the residents who have allowed us to be a part of their communities,” said Waste Management Senior District Manager Marc Davis. “Turning the trucks into mobile valentines is a small way of showing our appreciation.”
