Federal Way Mirror to host candidate forum July 8

The Federal Way Mirror will host a free public candidate forum from 5-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8 at the Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club, 3583 SW 320th St., Federal Way.

During the forum, Lakehaven Position 3 candidates Richard Peterson, Peter Sanchez and Randy Smith will answer questions from 5-5:30 p.m., South King Fire and Rescue Position 2 candidates Bill Fuller, Roger Flygare and Jerry Galland will answer questions from 5:45-6:30 p.m. and Federal Way City Council Position 1 candidates Lydia Assefa-Dawson, Mark Greene and Anthony Murrietta will answer questions from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

The Mirror will take questions from the audience throughout the forum to ask the candidates.

Ballots for the August primary will be mailed July 15 to registered voters.
