Hylebos Day

Russ Higley and his 14-month-old son, Rowen, enjoy the company of folks who attended the Hylebos Day celebration May 3 at the West Hylebos Wetlands Park in Federal Way. Higley serves on the Hylebos board of directors. The park’s entrance is near the Barker Cabin on South 348th Street between Pacific Highway South and 1st Avenue South.
