Drugs and alcohol were reportedly involved in the crash involving a Federal Way driver and Auburn passengers.
A Jan. 10 Pacific Highway crash left a 19-year-old dead, another injured, and an 18-year-old facing charges.
The man was a 51-year-old male passenger.
