The Thomas Jefferson High School boys tennis team won the 4A boys tennis tournament recently held at Kent Meridian High School.

They will move on to participate in the West Central District, which will be held Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 at the Capital City Tennis Center.

Thomas Jefferson had 30 points overall, Todd Beamer High School had 12 and placed sixth, while Federal Way High School boys tennis had 6 points, placing them in 13th place with Spanaway Lake High School.
