Federal Way Mirror Male Athlete of the Week of March 31: Pedro Monge-Munoz

Monge-Munoz has been instrumental for TJ soccer this season by playing multiple roles on the team.

Thomas Jefferson High School senior Pedro Monge-Munoz, soccer, is the Federal Way Mirror Male Athlete of the Week for March 31.

Q: What is your favorite subject/class in school?

A: Personal Health Science

Q: What hobbies do you enjoy outside of your sport?

A: Going out, movies, traveling and shopping.

Q: Who is the person in your life that has helped you succeed the most?

A: Dad and mom, Pedro Ramirez and Juana Munoz.

Q: What is the best advice you were ever given when it comes to your sport?

A: Be satisfied when your dreams become reality.

Q: Describe your pre-game ritual and your favorite post-game meal.

A: I take a warm shower and drink a Yerba Mate and listen to Mike Sherm. My favorite post-game meal is Buffalo Wild Wings.

Q: Song you currently can’t stop listening to?

A: Anything by Mike Sherm or Lil Baby.

From the Sidelines: TJHS senior Pedro Monge-Munoz’s leadership on the field has helped the Raiders soccer team stay competitive. He’s helped by stepping up in the striker position and dropping back into a defensive role to bolster the back line. Pedro is a great example of a student-athlete doing his absolute best for his team. He will continue his soccer career at Cal State University Bakersfield next year.
