What is your favorite subject/class in school?

What does it mean to be a good teammate? Why is it important to your success? What is one thing you do to help others around you?

For me, to be a good teammate is to be kind. But also to be able to break tension in difficult times as well as be able to help your teammates with questions about how to improve in different areas of your athletic performance.

If you could have dinner with anyone (living or from the past), who would it be? Why?

If I could have dinner with anyone dead or alive I would have to chose someone like Abraham Lincoln, not only because he’s my favorite president I also think he has been like the most positively impactful person in U.S. history.

You’re on a long road trip, you stop at a gas station. You get one drink and one snack. What are you choosing?

Arizona iced tea (usually Arnold Palmer) and either Reese’s PB cups or Doritos Spicy Chili

Describe your favorite post-game meal:

I love to eat this thing called a basilios best on the last day after a big multi day meet it’s a piece of bread with pesto, tomatoes and cheese.

What is your Walk-up song?

It would be either a really loud or fast paced, so either a song by Motley Cru or a rap some from maybe, Migos.

From the sidelines:

Dean has already established three qualifying times for West Central District. He currently holds the fastest time in the NPSL 3A for the 100 yard breaststroke and 2nd in the 200 Individual Medley. Dean is looking forward to returning to the WIAA 3A State Meet this season. He will earn his third Varsity Letter Award this season. Dean also competes with his Community Club Swim Team in regional and national level competition. He is an exemplary scholar-athlete earning a 3.531 cumulative grade point average as a full-time running start student.
