From the sidelines:
Rhanaya has earned this recognition because of the hard work and dedication she brings as one of our team’s two setters. Setters often don’t receive the same recognition as outside hitters since they aren’t the ones putting the ball away, but their impact is just as vital to a team’s success.
Rhanaya has been a true game changer for us this season. Much of our success so far can be directly tied to how well she is playing her position and how effectively she connects with her teammates on the court. She brings a level of grit and determination that sets the tone for our team, and she consistently displays a positive attitude regardless of the situation. That mindset not only pushes her to perform at her best but also inspires and motivates her teammates to rise to the occasion
