What does it mean to be a good teammate? Why is it important to your success? What is one thing you do to help others around you?

A good teammate is someone who helps guide the team to success through leadership and someone who displays commitment and passion. It is important for access because we can’t do well when everyone isn’t on the same page with the same level of commitment. I help others by leading by example and keeping everyone together and on the same page.

Tiana from Princess and the Frog, she’s my favorite Disney princess.
