Todd Beamer High School junior Sarah Campos, gymnastics, is the Federal Way Mirror Male Athlete of the Week for Jan. 13:
Q: What is your favorite subject/class in school?
A: Creative writing.
Q: What hobbies do you enjoy outside of your sport?
A: Crocheting and swimming.
Q: Who is the person in your life that has helped you succeed the most?
A: My English teacher, Dave Abrahamson. Mr. A has not only helped me with class work, but also motivates me to be the best version of me.
Q: If you could have dinner with anyone (living or from the past), who would it be?
A: My grandma Lorna. She passed when I was really young so I never really got to know her, nor do I have any memories of her. I think it would be an amazing opportunity o be able to see her.
Q: Describe your pre-game ritual:
A: Taking a nap beforehand and eating something small.
Q: Song you currently can’t stop listening to?
A: “Low” by SZA.
