Marvin L. Fitch died Oct. 17, 2006, at age 89.

He was married to Lois Fitch for 68 years and is also survived by children Marveen Potter of Renton, Cheryl Covey of Federal Way and Byron Fitch of Seattle; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was a member of Teamsters Local 174 and Seventh Day Adventist Church. Gardening became his passion and his yard was beautiful.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Oct. 22 at Seventh Day Adventist Church, 810 S. 312th St., Federal Way. In lieu of flowers, remembrances are suggested to the church. To learn more, call (253) 839-0770 or (206) 242-1787.
