Mary (Bonnie) Bona Jean McDowell (Senecal) September 25, 1923 – August 6, 2011, resident of Federal Way, Wash.

At the age of 87, Bonnie passed away peacefully in her home in Federal Way, WA. Bonnie was born and raised in Reynoldsville, PA, and gradated Reynoldsville High School, Class of 1941. Bonnie wed Howard (Mac) McDowell December 31, 1945, in Emporium, PA. They had one daughter, Bonnie Christine born August 14, 1950.

She was one of nine children born to Julia and Peter Senecal.

Bonnie will be forever remembered by her loving family, sisters, Bernice (Senecal) Cota, Federal Way, WA. Helen Senecal, DuBois, PA, and Noreen (Senecal)Shemas, DuBois, PA, loving brother Daniel Senecal, Jacksonville, Fl. devoted grandson Daniel Weber and great grand-daughter Brooke Weber along with other friends and family that were blessed to know her. She was preceded in death by her husband Mac, 1980 and daughter Bonnie in 1992. Bonnie loved to bowl and play slot machines at the casinos. She was a longtime league bowler at Secoma Lanes in Federal Way, WA.

Bonnie touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity and her main trademark was her sense of humor. Viewing was held at Yahn & Son Funeral Home in Auburn, WA from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday, August 11, 2011. A funeral mass was held the following day at 10 am at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Federal Way, WA.
