Wildwood Elementary has again partnered with Church of Christ for their service project.
At an assembly in November, Nathan Sandel from King Arthur Flour taught Wildwood fourth and fifth graders how to bake bread.
King Arthur Flour then presented each student with a cloth bag Baking Kit with the hopes that each student would go home and bake two loaves of bread. One loaf was to eat with their family while the other one was meant to be donated to the Church of Christ for their free community lunch, which is open to anyone.
Wildwood gave the church approximately 100 loaves of bread at their community meal on Wednesday.
In just 10 minutes, they had already handed out 50 loaves of bread.
