Wal-Mart store No. 2571 Federal Way manager Stacie Hinckley and co-manager Bonnie Curry recently awarded 20 teachers from Lake Grove Elementary with $50 reward cards to purchase classroom supplies to help students during the school year.Winners names were picked from a drawing.

During the event, Lion’s Club member Dick Mayer said, “We know that teachers spend approximately $1,000 out of their own pocket to help some students get equipment and supplies during the school year. At Wal-Mart, we are dedicated to supporting our nations teachers by providing support and resources needed to continue educating the future leaders of our community.”
