The public is welcome to return to South King Fire and Rescue Board of Fire Commissioners meetings this month.

In-person commissioner meetings resume with the Tuesday, July 27 meeting. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. at Station 68 (1405 SW 312th St. in Federal Way).

In addition, virtual attendance will continue to be offered via Webex video conferencing. Details and log in information is available at southkingfire.org.

While masks are not required for vaccinated members of the public at in-person meetings, the department is asking for unvaccinated individuals to wear a mask or join the meeting virtually.

The fire commissioners are also holding a retreat at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 28 at Station 68. The retreat will also be available for individuals to join virtually.
