Relay for Life is June 1: Help fight cancer

The American Cancer Society’s Federal Way Relay for Life begins at 6 p.m. June 1 at Saghalie Park, 33914 19th Ave. SW.

This annual event begins with a luminary ceremony dedicated to cancer survivors. Teams of volunteers then walk a track overnight. Learn more at FederalWayRelayforLife.org.

A community health and resource fair will run 5 to 8 p.m. June 1. Federal Way businesses will provide information for healthy living and eating. The fair will also focus on cancer patients and caregivers. Free massages and acupuncture will be offered. Contact Robin Lulich: (253) 833-4120.
