MSC Crab Feed & Auction goes virtual for 2020 event

Item bidding begins June 1; event hosted via Facebook Live at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 6.

Federal Way’s Multi-Service Center invites you to enjoy the annual Crab Feed & Auction from the comfort of your own not-so-sandy castle this year.

The annual beach-themed fundraiser and feast, scheduled for June 6, is going virtual for the health and safety of attendees.

Despite the lack of crab legs and company this year, CEO Robin Corak and emcee Ted Colby will still host an online auction via Facebook Live at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 6. Facebook accounts are not required to watch or participate.

Partcipation can be done by bidding in our online auction or purchasing a raffle ticket for various plane tickets on Alaska Airlines. Some of this year’s auction items include

  • A BBQ Bonanza, donated by the Crab Feed Friends committee includes a smoker, BBQ tent and great BBQ necessities to get you started.
  • Tour and tasting for eight at Maryhill Winery.
  • A Porsche Club driver’s skills day at Bremerton Sports Park.
  • Limited edition laser printed football signed by Seattle Seahawks Head Coach Pete Carroll.
  • And so much more

Item previews start at 5 p.m. Monday, May 25 at mschelps.org/2020auction. Live bidding begins at 5 p.m. Monday, June 1 and closed at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 6.
