Student hands over cocaine: At about 2:20 p.m., on 16th Ave. S., there was a report of possession of cocaine. The report states that a student advised their counselor that they had taken something and their heart was racing. The student turned over about 1.64 grams of a substance. The student was then transported to St. Francis Hospital.
Man yelling racial slurs: At about 2 p.m. in the 35000 block of 21st Ave. SW, there was a report that a customer was yelling profanities at Pizza Hut employees. The customer was not making any threats, but he was yelling racial slurs. The man was trespassed from the location. An employee stated that they believed in the past that the customer had been in possession of a handgun.
Man threatens another: At about 6:25 p.m., in the 100 block of S. 337th Lane, a victim reported that a man had pointed a gun at him and grabbed him by the shirt. The dispute was later found to be over a parking spot. The only suspect description was a man in a black Nissan Altima. The suspect was not located, and the victim did not wish to give a statement.
Man assaults woman: At about 6:45 p.m., on South 334th Street, a woman reported that a man in a black pickup truck had assaulted her. The victim had visible injuries to her arms. After investigation, it seemed the dispute was over parking. No suspect was found.
Jan. 30
There were two vehicle thefts reported, and two vehicles were recovered on this day.
Narcan administered: At about 1:15 a.m., in the 33000 block of Pacific Hwy. S., officers were dispatched to a welfare check and found that a man had overdosed on drugs. Narcan was administered, and after being checked by South King Fire, he was cleared and walked away on his own.
Tires randomly slashed: At about 7:15 a.m., on South 276th Street, someone reported that two people dressed in all black came to their home and slashed the tires on their vehicle. The victim said they don’t know why this happened.
Juvenile fight: At about 4:55 a.m., on SW Dash Point Road, officers were alerted that there were juveniles fighting, and about 30 people were at the location. It’s believed it was a prearranged fight. Juveniles dispersed before police arrival.
Rusted firearm found: At about 3:30 p.m., on SW 318th Place, there was a report that employees had found a firearm in some brush. The firearm was completely rusted shut, and officers were unable to figure out if there was a bullet in the chamber. Officers attempted to locate a serial number, but could not find one due to the rust. The firearm was put in a secure police department locker for evidence.

Feb. 1
There were four vehicle thefts, and two vehicles were recovered on this day.
Lewd behavior: At about 8:50 a.m., in the 34000 block of 14th Place SW, there was a report of lewd behavior. The reporting party stated that a man had exposed himself to her through the south-facing window of her residence. The reporting party did not know the suspect, but did provide a description. A suspect was not located.
Homicide: At about 11:40 p.m., on 9th Avenue South, there was a report of a shooting with injuries. Officers attempted to render aid, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Feb. 2
There were two vehicle thefts reported, and zero vehicles were recovered on this day.
Car doing donuts: At about 10:40 p.m., on 23rd Avenue South, there was a report of a vehicle doing donuts in a parking lot with pedestrians around. The vehicle was stopped, and the driver was identified as a juvenile. The vehicle was impounded, and charges were forwarded to the juvenile’s prosecutor.

Strangled over vehicle collision: At about 9:30 a.m., in the 35000 block of Pacific Hwy. S., officers spoke to the victim, who said she was strangled over a dispute regarding a vehicle collision. The officer took a report, and the victim completed a strangulation form.
Weapons violation: At about 9:50 a.m., in the 33000 block of Pacific Hwy. S., there was a report of weapons violation.

Assault with a firearm: At about 10:45 a.m., on S. 273rd St., there was a report of an assault with a firearm.
