A SeaTac man pleaded not guilty on Aug. 17 to molesting two girls at Wild Waves this summer.
MD R. Islam, 37, who was arrested after two girls at Wild Waves accused him of touching and grabbing their breasts on July 18, was released from jail on July 20.
After police arrived, an 11-year-old girl told police she allegedly saw Islam swimming underwater in front of her — the water was up to her neck — when he grabbed her breast over her bathing suit.
“I have never seen this man before,” the victim told the officer, according to the charging documents. “I felt very alarmed in how he grabbed me.”
A 15-year-old told police she was with her boyfriend at Wild Waves, having a good time, when she felt someone squeeze her breast.
“I knew it wasn’t an accident because his hand went under my bathing suit and he grabbed it for a few minutes and I saw that he was doing it to other young girls as well,” the victim stated in court documents. “I felt very violated and I felt very uncomfortable around him.”
Both assaults allegedly occurred in the wave pool at the popular Federal Way theme park.
