King County Housing and Community Development’s (HCD) Housing Repair Program is offering no interest, no payment weatherization loans to eligible homeowners for a home they occupy in King County. The Housing Repair Program is accepting applications to weatherize the homes of moderate income homeowners living within King County, outside the city limits of Seattle, Auburn, Bellevue and Kent.
