At 5:08 p.m. June 15 in the 32000 block of Pacific Highway South, a woman reported that a firearm was stolen from her vehicle. The woman suspects that it was stolen by her husband and his prostitute, according to the police report.

• Stolen firearm: At 5:08 p.m. June 15 in the 32000 block of Pacific Highway South, a woman reported that a firearm was stolen from her vehicle. The woman suspects that it was stolen by her husband and his prostitute, according to the police report.

• Thwarted burglary: At 1:52 p.m. June 16 in the 31000 block of 47th Avenue Southwest, a white male juvenile allegedly knocked loudly on the front door of a residence. When there was no answer, he allegedly used a credit card to gain entrance into the house and inside, then attempted to head upstairs, according to the police report. The homeowner then challenged the intruder, who ran to a waiting car, according to the report. The homeowner got the description of the vehicle, along with the license plate number. The homeowner also said he would recognize the intruder if seen.

• Assault: At 6:36 p.m. June 14 in the 2200 block of Southwest 334th Place, a mother told police that her juvenile son and juvenile daughter had assaulted her, according to the police report. The son left before police arrived.

• Theft: At 5:40 p.m. June 14 at The Commons Mall, police were called after a woman attempted to use a foil-lined handbag to steal $158.50 from Macy’s, according to the police report.

• What’s in the beer?: At 9:14 p.m. June 15 in the 31000 block of 8th Avenue Southwest, police contacted a woman at a fire station after she was treated by firefighters. The woman said she had a “few beers” with some friends at a residence and when she came out of the bathroom to finish her beer, she stated she started having shakes and anxiety symptoms, according to the police report. The woman wasn’t sure if something was in the beer, and she couldn’t provide the address of where she was drinking, but did provide a possible name of the person, according to the report. She was unable to give more details.

• Craigslist hoax?: At 11:05 a.m. June 16 in the 2200 block of South 308th Street, a woman reported to police that she had placed an ad on craigslist.com because she lost her cat. The woman received a call from a male and female with a blocked telephone number saying that they had her cat, but it was missing a back leg and was injured badly, according to the report. The people said that they took the cat to the vet and the bill was $2,000, according to the report.

• Found property: At 2:53 p.m. June 17 in the 32000 block of Pacific Highway South, a man observed a male suspect shoplift a Bluetooth headset from Radio Shack. After police contacted the suspect, the man had numerous stolen properties on him, along with burglary tools, drug paraphernalia and stolen identification cards, according to the police report. In total, 11 victims were identified and their property was returned to them, according to the report.

• Minor in a bar: At 11:03 p.m. June 18 in the 32000 block of 1st Avenue South, police were dispatched to a bar over a juvenile without identification. When police arrived, they found the girl was 15 years old. She told police that her friend drove her to the bar and left, according to the report. Police contacted the girl’s mother, who refused to come and pick up her daughter and was upset that police wouldn’t drive her home to Kent, according to the report. The mother agreed to have her dropped off at her grandmother’s home.
