Nov. 12

There was one vehicle theft reported, and zero vehicles were recovered on this day.

Happy ending massage offer: At 9 a.m. on South 341st Place, there was a report from a man who said that he went to get a massage and an employee told him that if he wanted a happy ending, it would cost $80. The reporting party declined the offer and stated that he wanted a normal massage. The reporting party stated that the employee then began scratching his upper left leg, leaving marks. The reporting party did not want to report a statement.

Hanging out the window: At 2:29 p.m. on Southwest 325th Place, there was a report that a passerby called about an erratic driver on the roadway. The driver was hanging out of the window and driving into oncoming traffic. Officers arrived at the scene and arrested the female for driving under the influence.

Sent money to the wrong place: At 10:35 a.m. on Pacific Highway South, there was a report that a woman said she intended to send $1,000 to a friend, but she accidentally typed her friend’s phone number wrong by one digit. Officers attempted to contact the person to whom the money was sent, but could not contact them. The person’s bank said that they would refund the money.

Nov. 13

There were zero vehicle thefts reported, and zero vehicles were recovered on this day.

Door-to-door salesman: At 12:12 p.m. in the 700 block of South 293rd Street, there was a report from a door-to-door salesman who said that he was invited inside a home while doing door-to-door sales. The resident then pointed a firearm at him while making threatening statements. No injuries. Possible suspect info.

Narcan used: At 12:57 p.m. in the 33000 block of 13th Place South, there was a report that officers responded to the Federal Way Day Center to assist with a possible overdose in progress. When officers arrived, the individual had been given six units of Narcan. Upon arrival, the individual had a strong pulse and was breathing. After being evaluated by EMS personnel, he was transported to St. Francis Hospital.

Vehicle vs. pedestrian: Officers were dispatched to an alleged vehicle vs. pedestrian accident that occurred in the parking lot of the reported address. Upon arrival and investigation, a witness stated that a blue Honda Odyssey minivan struck a male subject with its vehicle, then drove over him, and subsequently reversed into him again after he stood back up. The witness reported that the male subject walked away from the scene as if uninjured, and the involved vehicle was last seen fleeing toward Olive Garden, where it was later located unoccupied. The vehicle displayed no license plates, and a VIN check returned with no registration information available. Dispatch advised that no calls were received from any involved parties. The witness stated that she had dash camera footage of the incident. No suspect information was obtained. Leads exhausted.

Firearm stolen: At 7:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of Southwest Campus Drive, there was a report of a burglary. A firearm was stolen during the burglary.

Nov. 14

There were zero vehicle thefts reported, and zero vehicles were recovered on this day.

Elderly women targeted: At 1:24 p.m. in the 31000 block of Pacific Highway South, there was a report that there were two light-skinned females around 5’8” tall wearing head coverings targeting elderly females at H-Mart. He said these two females made unwanted contact with elderly females in the store, giving them hugs and touching them. He said that while they were hugging and touching them, they would remove and steal their jewelry. He said that this first started happening three months ago with these two females and has happened five times since then. The reporting party stated that the two females would arrive in a black BMW SUV, driven by a third person. There are still no victims who have come forward at this time.

Stealing a sandwich: At 11:37 a.m. in the 27000 block of Pacific Highway South, there was a report of shoplifting at an Arco gas station. The suspect, described as a Black male with face tattoos, fled in a Hyundai prior to police arrival. Investigation revealed that the suspect threatened to shoot the employee after being confronted about stealing a sandwich. At this time, employees are seeking only to trespass the suspect if located.

Nov. 15

There were two vehicle thefts reported, and zero vehicles were recovered on this day.

Slurs uttered during argument: At 8:29 a.m. in the 100 block of Southwest Campus Drive, there was a report that the reporting party stated that she got into a dispute at the grocery store checkout line. The store manager stated that both parties were going back and forth during the dispute. The reporting party stated that the other party used racial slurs against her, but that no threats were made. Officers did not develop probable cause for a crime.

Attempted assault with a machete: At 4 p.m. in the 2000 block of South 327th Lane, there was a report from the victim stating that his brother-in-law attempted to strike him with a machete, but missed and struck the window of his vehicle. The suspect was located in Tacoma and arrested.

Nov. 16

There were zero vehicle thefts reported, and zero vehicles were recovered on this day.

Contusions and a dog bite: At 3:20 a.m. on South 312th Street, there was a report of a carjacking. Upon arrival, the initial investigation developed into officers detaining two individuals for an assault that resulted in the victim suffering multiple contusions and a dog bite. After a thorough investigation, officers developed probable cause to arrest one male for fourth-degree assault.

Man steals cookie: At 6:13 a.m. on Pacific Highway South, there was a report that a male entered the store with a metal sign post, asked where the money was, took a cookie and then left. The manager was not able to recognize the male. The metal post was not used in a threatening manner. No positive identification for the subject. Officers found the subject, but did not detain or identify them due to no probable cause established for a crime.

Nov. 17

There were two vehicle thefts reported, and two vehicles were recovered on this day.

Dog biting people: At 12:27 a.m. in the 27000 block of Pacific Highway South, there was a report of a dog bite with injury. Officers observed a significant laceration to the back of the head caused by a pit bull owned by the injured person. A second person also had minor injuries from pulling the dog off the primary victim. They were both transported to St. Francis Hospital for treatment.

Scammed into making bank account: At 1:37 a.m. on Pacific Highway South, there was a report that back in June 2025, a transient male was scammed into opening a bank account. The suspect then used the bank account to make fraudulent deposits and withdrawals, causing losses to the bank. The male had done this to the bank for some time, and the bank has numerous reports filed. At this time, the account has been closed, and the account holder is banned from the bank.
