Friends United to Shelter the Indigent, Oppressed and Needy (FUSION) held a grand landscaping project April 30 at its three-home complex in NE Tacoma. Volunteers (pictured above) planted shrubbery and flowers in a spring makeover of the properties. The project is in conjunction with an Umpqua Bank Community Action campaign.
