FUSION seeks furniture donations

FUSION, an all-volunteer nonprofit organization in Federal Way that works to shelter homeless populations, is asking the community to donate still-usable furniture to the FUSION Décor Boutique.

FUSION accepts furniture donations to furnish the 10 condos, three single-family homes, one duplex and one fourplex it maintains as transitional housing. If donated furniture isn’t needed at that moment, it’s sold at the FUSION Décor Boutique and the proceeds go toward helping indigent people.

“Are you downsizing or spring cleaning for a new look in your home?” said a FUSION representative in a statement. “We gratefully accept still usable pieces. Our truck and drivers can pick up large items. Easy for you, rewarding for FUSION. Proceeds from Boutique sales support our program to house homeless families.”
